With Grad School Road Map, Kevin coaches individuals on the graduate-school application process – everything from preliminary research and preparing applications to interviews and choosing among multiple offers. Kevin’s background includes 5+ years as an MBA admissions director at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also led recruiting of junior military officers to the full-time and part-time MBA programs. He also spent 5+ years in corporate talent development, and his 20+ total years of experience are nearly all in leadership roles. Kevin has won national awards for excellence in communication, and his 8+ years of experience as a professional editor is highly leveraged in reviewing applicants’ resumes, essays and other application materials. He has successfully coached graduate and undergraduate students, rising leaders, mid-career professionals, career switchers and physicians. Kevin holds certifications for career coaching and leadership coaching, and his work has also spanned leadership communication, presentation skills, professional presence, team-building and conflict management. Kevin has an MBA from WashU’s Olin Business School, where he was academically ranked 12th in his class and won an award at graduation from his peers in recognition of his character, leadership and service. A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, he is also the founder of Career Road Map, which focuses on career coaching and leadership coaching. He coaches clients throughout the world while based at his home office in Dallas-Fort Worth, USA.
