David Levine PROJECT EXECUTIVE David brings over 20 years of construction experience to the BOND team. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps retaining strong leadership and communication skills combined with a thorough understanding of teamwork, consensus building and professionalism. His primary role is to provide overall administrative and technical direction as he works with our Superintendents to manage all aspects of project delivery including estimating, cost management, budget forecasting, scheduling and contract negotiation. He is also responsible for leading all aspects of a project’s construction phase and serve as the point person for daily interaction with the client and engineers.
