Bio

Jason Rodriguez is a Senior Recruiter at Microsoft. He is a native of Killeen, Texas and currently works in Austin, TX 100% remote for Azure Edge + Platforms Global Talent Acquisition team. He enlisted in the United States Air Force as Security Forces and arrived at basic military training in April 1998. In 2004, Jason decided recruiting was his calling and volunteered for special duty, which turned into a 16-year career recruiter. He retired after 21 years of service in 2019 and is a former Hiring Our Heroes Fellow. Jason is a 1st generation graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from The University of the Incarnate Word. His greatest achievements are his two boys and finding a work-life balance at Microsoft.
