Bio

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and later earned an MBA from Rockhurst University. He started at Honeywell FM&T in 1985, and after a hiatus, rejoined in 2004 as a Technical Manager in the Analytical Lab, leading every lab department over the next few years. He then rotated through Technical Manager assignments in Flat Flex Cables, LACs, Microelectronics, and most recently in Mechanisms. He provided leadership to Product Engineering PRTs, working with both SNL and LLNL. Before rejoining FM&T in 2004, he worked 13 years for Ford Motor Company as an engineer in Kansas City and Dearborn, Michigan and then as a Vehicle Engineering Supervisor on the F150 truck.
