William "Billy" Rickett joined Pacific Gas and Electric in 2005 and has progressed to Project Execution Construction Resource and Planning Manager, bringing a rare blend of field expertise and strategic leadership. Comfortable across Distribution, Transmission, and Generation, Rickett is recognized for motivating diverse teams and consistently delivering on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale. He led the development of GC planning standards, implemented LEAN visual management to track KPIs, and serves as a Power Generation Incident Commander. As a former Substation Maintenance Supervisor and ESUB-200 instructor, he has overseen complex hydro and substation projects—transformers, breakers, generator rebuilds, and PSPS readiness—while ensuring compliance, training, and operational excellence. Rickett pairs firsthand technical knowledge with disciplined planning, budgeting, and workforce development to improve estimates and execution. Outside of work, he invests in the community as a 14U travel baseball coach, mentoring the next generation of leaders.
