Citi's Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a transitional leadership development program supporting military veterans as they exit military service. The MOLP utilizes customized development paths to help each participant successfully gain the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to build a dynamic career in financial services management. Associates in the Military Officer Leadership Program participate in three targeted experiential learning opportunities through prescribed work assignments over a 24-month period, classroom based learning opportunities, active coaching and mentoring through interactions with assigned senior leaders and business partners, and engagement with a variety of other project and peer support initiatives.

The Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a transitional leadership development program, which cultivates high performing military leaders and positions them for long-term growth. The 24-month structured program achieves this goal by leveraging rotational assignments in key positions across various functions and providing mentorship by aligning the participants with experienced senior executives. At the end of the program, participants are well prepared to immediately contribute and provide value to a wide range of business functions.
