We need someone who is organized, reliable, and can understand the voice of the consumer as we rollout a key piece of sales technology to over 10,000 people across the US. We’ll rely on you to provide leadership and management to a customer support team which includes product quality monitoring, visual dashboards for tracked KPIs, and customer training.
Lead vendors to deliver results! We need your help to lead vendors in order to deliver an outstanding consumer experience across several mobile applications for our commercial partners.
Provide proactive Capacity Planning and Management. We need eyes on our Sales Technology models to ensure that we are properly staffed to support the influx of users on our platforms.
Be reliable - we need to identify top areas where services are interrupted – help us find problem areas and manage availability to provide dependable service.
No Shortcuts! Use data to drive root cause analysis and fix problems for the long term.
We manage our costs tightly – you’ll be responsible for overseeing project finances. Help us through creative initiatives to help reduce costs or map out gaps we might have to manage.
Work with project partners including Steering Committee Members, VP level partners, and our end customers to ensure expectations are met.
Supervise customer adoption. You’ll be a lead on ensuring that our Sales Technology platform is made accessible for wholesalers across the county and track user engagement on the platform as a whole as well as specific features.
Track enhancement requests and bug fixes to ensure that the product is serving our users to the best of its capabilities.
Have a specific focus on our ABOne distributor locations: own the relationship for any and all of their support inquiries, process improvements, assist in their reroute
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Engineering related focus – Information Technology or similar is preferred.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and follow-though.
Ability to own a problem from start to finish and effectively communicate with customers.
Ability to lead in crisis management situations.
Adaptable to different working styles.
