BEES team is building a platform to improve the ways retailers run their businesses and interact with their suppliers. We provide transactional and educational resources to retailers across the country to make their businesses more profitable.
Our team is in search of a BEES Scrum Master to be a leader in our Digital Sales organization and help to manage the RAS integration.
About the Team
“The BEES team is responsible for develop and deliver BEES E-commerce platform features working closely with our Sales business partners and 3rd party vendors to provide a delightful experience for our wholesalers and their retailers.”
As a BEES Scrum Master you will:
Lead standups, sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions for the development teams with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with 3rd party developers to ensure they are working toward the sprint goals and support in removing impediments.
Meeting scheduled deadlines and working toward improving developer velocity sprint over sprint.
Collaborate with the BEES Product Owner and team for sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Involvement and input in roadmap decisions.
Ensure the project scope is well documented on the jira dashboard and managed properly throughout the delivery cycle of the project.
Communicates Sprint status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner
Discuss and prioritize issues with the team and provide help/support to the project team as required.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of sprint.
Own the implementation metrics and key performance indicators.
Must be comfortable working in a Disruptive culture.
Comfort discussing with both Technical and Business Stakeholders
Prior experience with Scrum/Agile ceremonies
Understanding of IT Product Cycle development.
Education Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Computer Science background)
Emphasis on Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills
+ 3 years project management experience
