Participation in this program is intended to build skills, knowledge, and learn the real estate sales process. This position will work in conjunction with brokers to conduct market research and manage datebases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing market research and analysis
Manage and update prospects in company database
Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
Identifying potential clients, generating lists, and cold calling
Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis
Requirements:
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in related industry or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in sales, preferred but not required
Desire to work in commercial real estate industry
Competitive nature
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication
Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects
Effective at multi-tasking and quickly prioritizing in a fast paced and professional work environment
Professional work ethic and integrity
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
