Location: FT. Meade, MD.

Position Summary: We are looking for experienced Computer Scientists to support our client in Fort Meade, MD.  Positions on contract may vary depending on the candidate’s skillset but will align with the some or all of the following disciplines: Machine Learning, HPC, Program Tools, Advanced Computing, Quantum Information Science, Web Technology. All positions require monitoring of analytic tools, open-source research and direct or indirect support to the reporting requirements of the customer. There are multiple levels for this position.

Essential Job Functions:

·      Use analytical methodologies and technical skills to evaluate data.

·      Develop target, access discovery efforts, strategies and document the results to support the government customer.

·      Learn applicable agency tools, leveraging their capabilities to support analytic efforts and provide input for improvement.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

·      U.S. Citizenship is required.

·      Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with FS Poly.

·      Required Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Computer Scientist 1

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience.

Computer Scientist 2

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Computer Scientist 3

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.  Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements: May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: Successful completion of a background screening/check/investigation is required as a condition of hire.
