About the Role

 

Key to delivering such an experience is this amazing team of experts ready to deal with every detail of our customers’ challenge. Through replication, subject matter expertise and collaboration we are equipped to deal with any query or challenge that arises and will work with the customer until every part of their challenge is addressed. It is crucial that we address every part, while being sensitive to their business impact considering the pivotal role our products execute in their business.

 

About You

 

You genuinely care about helping people and ensuring they get the help they are looking for regardless of how complex the challenge might be. Through collaboration with your network and an analytical approach you tackle these challenges, enhancing your knowledge on the go and pursuing the best solution to meet your customer’s needs, regardless if that customer is external or internal. Once you reach the desired outcome you know exactly how to deliver the message guaranteeing absolute clarity and effectiveness. The reason you are able to do all of this is because you have several years of experience in situations that have helped you develop these skills.

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Transitioning US military Veteran or eligible member of the National Guard or Reserves.
  • Cannot have been out of the military for longer than three years (exception is for those currently enrolled in a full-time educational program)
  • Advanced Workday User or Implementation Knowledge
  • Experience leading Financial or ERP implementation projects – Financial systems, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, or comparable
  • Previous SaaS support experience preferably in financials.

 

Other Qualifications

  • An extensive Troubleshooting/Problem solving background
  • Critical and Analytical thinking skills
